Privacy Policy

How Consulting Co. collects, uses and protects your personal data.

1. Who we are

Consulting Co. Ltd (“Consulting Co.”, “we”, “us”) is a management consultancy registered in England and Wales, with offices in London, New York and Singapore. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact privacy@consulting.co.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us: your name, work email, company, phone number and the content of messages you send through our contact form, newsletter sign-up or by email.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through privacy-friendly analytics.

3. How we use your data

To reply to enquiries and arrange conversations with our partners; to send our monthly newsletter if you have subscribed; to manage client relationships and engagements; and to improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (newsletter), our legitimate interests in responding to and managing business relationships, and where necessary to perform a contract with you or your organisation.

5. Sharing and transfers

We share data only with trusted providers that host our website, send our emails and store our records, under written agreements that protect your data. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept for up to two years after our last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Client engagement records are kept for as long as required by law and professional obligations.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
